We invite you to the annual conference of the Evangelical Reformed Church in Bucharest. The theme of the 2023 conference will be our preparation for suffering from the perspective of the Christian faith.
Suffering awaits each of us in one form or another. We are headed for much pain and ultimately death. How can we prepare now to be able to face these difficulties with trust in God and hope in the day of resurrection?

Rev. Dr. Daniel borvan

Dr. Borvan will help us understand suffering from a historical and theological perspective.
Rev. Fikret Bocek
pastor, Protestant Church of Izmir
Rev. Bocek will teach us about suffering from his perspective as a missionary and minister of a Reformed church in Turkey for the past two decades.
Rev. mihai corcea
pastor, Evangelical Reformed Church of Bucharest
Rev. Corcea will speak about the particular challenges and suffering we should expect from the probable course of history in 21st century Europe.
